Terms of Use

This system allows you to upload your own digital photo for use on the Student Card. By submitting a photo image through this system, your image data would be transferred to the University's Student Card Production System and be kept in the University record during your studies at the University. Your photo image together with your data (collected upon application for admission) will become part of your student record after your enrolment as a student of the University.

Distribution of Student Card

For Self-funded Undergraduate Programmes
Please upload your photo in compliance with the photo specification in the specific period shown on your confirmation offer package. Your student card would be available for collection during Programme Induction. Late submission of photo will delay the issuance of your student card. Please click here to view Demonstration.

For Associate Degree Programme
Please upload your photo in compliance with the photo specification by the stipulated deadline shown on the notification email. Your student card would be available for collection during the specified period. Late submission of photo will delay the issuance of your student card. Please click here to view Demonstration.

For Higher Diploma Programme
Please upload your photo in compliance with the photo specification by the stipulated deadline shown on the notification email.
