University Student Card Photo Upload System

FAQ

What happens if the photo I submitted does not meet the requirements specified?

You will receive an email informing you that the photo you submitted is not acceptable. We will either invite you to re-upload another picture by a new deadline, or ask you to send us a hardcopy of photo.

What happens if I could not submit the photo by the deadline?

For Self-funded Undergraduate Programmes:
By submitting your photo before the deadline, your student card would be ready for pick up at during Programme Induction. Late submission of photo will delay the issuance of your student card.

For Associate Degree Programme:
By submitting your photo before the deadline, your student card would be ready for pick up during the specified period. Late submission of photo will delay the issuance of your student card.

For Higher Diploma Programme:
By submitting your photo before the deadline, your student card would be ready for pick up during the specified period. Late submission of photo will delay the issuance of your student card.

Can I submit a hard copy of photo to the University?

Photos in hard copy are NOT accepted in normal situations. You are strongly encouraged to scan the hard copy of your photo and upload it to the system. If this could not be arranged, it may hinder the issuance of your student card.
